Tom Peacock founded Peacock Tax Advisory to provide growing tech companies with the specialized tax expertise they need to scale—with support sized right for where they are.

With over 13 years of experience across domestic and international tax, Tom has spent nearly his entire career serving San Francisco Bay Area technology companies—helping them navigate the financial and structural decisions that come with growth, from entity structuring and compliance to optimizing tax position as they expand. He understands that for seed through Series B companies, getting tax right from the start isn't just about compliance—it's about building a foundation that supports sustainable growth.

That focus runs through Tom's entire background. He spent more than six years at Deloitte advising technology clients on a range of international tax matters, three years at Grant Thornton, and began his career at a boutique firm in San Francisco—building deep, hands-on experience with the Bay Area tech sector at every stage.
